Base Vegetto vs. 100% Freeza (Namek)

We all know that Beers said Base Saiyans can't beat Freeza, but is the power of Potara enough to close the gap here? I think Vegetto might be able to edge out a win because of Freeza's strain. What do you guys think?

It's stated by the Elder Kaioshin that base Gokan is more than enough to trash Buutenks. So base Vegetto is that far behind base Gokan? Doubt it. Especially considering what KibitoKai said about Vegetto being strongest. Freeza is a mere fly on the wall here.
