@Saiyaman --> #16 stated he was about equal Imperfect Cell. A 1.1x gap seems still something noticeable to me.

@Yamcha --> Trunks said his SSJG3 power surpassed Cell by a wide margin. Anything less than 1.1x seems too low imo. Trunks was also surprised Piccolo would stand no chance against Cell, which wouldn't be the case if he were nlticeably below a power they were expecting to be below Cell.

10% gap isn't a really big gap IMO. And Cell overhelmed 16 with his speed once he got serious.

Ahill, what are your thoughts on the Shin Kikoho? An amplified blast or only pushed Cell due to being a Kiai? And who could the Shin Kikoho kill?
