Dyspo likely wins via speedblitz unless a few of the contenders decide to gang up on him. #17 may be a worthwhile choice as well, but I'd say his feats are too inconsistent given how he constantly changes from seemingly being SSB tier to below Base Galu.

If Saonel or Pirina could get their stretchy arms around Dyspo he'd be in trouble. The Namekian pair put up a good fight against U. Gohan who helped beat Dyspo. Koichiarator should be able to fight anyone here one on one with the exception of Dyspo's speed. Berserker Kale is probably the worst off the more I think about it. She went from taking a Blue Kamehameha head on to being a play toy for SSG Goku. Perhaps if she gets super enraged she can do some damage. Gohan potentially has the most power here, and No.17 might be able to do some crafty things with his barrier.
I'm going to say No.17 pulls it off with unlimited stamina. Dyspo's speed is a huge issue, but it would be recognized by everyone as such and he would be dealt with as mentioned above.

Android 17 is probably the top contender of the group in terms of power; but Dyspo's speed may be able to overcome such a small power gap (as he was able to against Frieza). If #17 can last long enough to tire Dyspo out, he should be able to secure the win; which in my opinion is a very plausible scenario given his limitless stamina and strategic approach.
Also, #17's feats aren't inconsistent at all. He can't showcase how much power he is using like the Saiyans via transformations, so naturally, it'll look like his power is fluctuating.
From a story standpoint, Android 17 using his SSB-tier power against every opponent is like Goku and Vegeta starting off as SSB in every battle. Plus, #17 is known for suppressing himself; his future counterpart used less than 50% of his power against Future Gohan, so not sure why it's so hard to believe something along those lines is at play here.
Based on feats, Android 17 is a good amount stronger than current Ultimate Gohan, who I feel may or may not be able to edge Saonel and Pirina (likely the second weakest of the group) without Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon. Kale is probably the weakest link here. She's probably a tier or so below Saonel and Pirina; if she were to clash with them, it'd be pretty even in my opinion.

Dyspo (full power / max speed) > / = Android 17 > Dyspo (strength-wise) = Ultimate Gohan > Saonel = Pirina > / = Kale
