Beast (Marvel) VS Killer Croc (DC)

This is a match-up I remember seeing a lot, with people saying they were even or something, but I dunno. Barring any crazy kaiju mutations and Rebirth Croc, which versions of Croc can Beast beat?

VS

Round 1: Human form
Round 2: Grey beast form
Round 3: Blue beast form
Round 4: Cat form

Killer Croc would beat anybody who isn't Batman.

Beast stomps. He's at Large Building level via his own feats and up to Multi-City Block level via powerscaling from Wolverine, as well as High Hypersonic, whereas Killer Croc is consistently no more than Wall level in all mediums and at best Supersonic in speed.

...Not only is that not true, you shouldn't be using vsbattles to begin with. You have the respect threads right there and unlike vsbattles, those are reliable sources.

Though I can't remember what the cat form is?

Again, there are multiple Crocs in there, some plenty stronger than others. Read carefully, please.

At the beginning and end of Beast's respect thread the guy explains the changes and differences in stats.

And yet Croc still loses to Batman...

Through PIS or weapons, never by overpowering him.

And I'm going to say what I always say.....still counts as a win.

Even with weapons, Batman doesn't always win. Croc has deflected or tanked batarangs before, Batman having to run away from him. In most cases Batman needs Robin or someone else to help him out. Or he needs to sneak attack him, or gas him.

Not a fair win at all.

Now, who else wants to post their opinions on this match-up?
