4th Form Freeza is 225x stronger then his 1rst form.

Goku's Base transformation is around equal to that.

Goku's Super Saiyan transformation is 50x stronger then that.

And, Super Saiyan God Blue is even much stronger then that!

Lastly, Goku's Kaio-Kenx10 is 10x stronger then his previous SSJG Blue transformation.

Meanwhile, Beerus is stronger then that.

Vegetto SSj3: 800

4th Form Freeza: 2,250 (225x stronger then his 1rst form)
Goku Base: 2,500

Goku Base: 3,000 (Current)

Goku SSj: 150,000 (Current)

So Boohan already gets stomped by Super Saiyan Goku from the Freeza Arc, let alone Goku SSJG Blue, Kaio-Kenx10 or Boohan.
