Best Smeargle sets?

Smeargle @ Power Herb
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Boomburst
- Giga Drain
- Spore
- Geomancy

This is an interesting topic. Smeargle's a tough Pokémon to think of a moveset before. Without cheats you have to wait every 10 or so levels before it can copy another move. I wouldn't really use it. It's stats are pretty bad, and being a wildcard won't do much for it with it's background.
