Who wins this fight? Interestingly enough, Mom Caramel, when trying to sell Big Mom, stated she is cut out to be an admiral or maybe even a fleet admiral. So maybe that's a hint that Big Mom is at the same level as the admirals?

Based on WB's fight with Akainu, any of the Yonko should be at least somewhat above the Admirals, and soul manipulation is far more haxed than gravity manipulation. Big Mom wins with mid or high-diff at most.

Yeah, she did when trying to convince the marines guy to pay for Big Mom, right after this latter had destroyed the Elbaf Island suffering from an hungry fit.

Well of course if you join the marines the furthest you can go is admiral or fleet admiral.

Well, not everyone is cut out to be an Admiral or a Fleet Admiral. Whilst you could say Coby is cut out to be an admiral, Mother Caramel seemed to think Big Mom was up to the task solely due to her destroying the giant Island, which is an absurd feat in itself.

Just because it was said that she has the potential of a future admiral does not mean that her power would end up being exactly that.. There is no way for Caramel to be able to accurately pinpoint future Big Mom's power, so thinking that she must be in that tier due to that statement does not seem wise to me.

Well, there's no reason to doubt Mother Caramel here, specially when the government guys didn't correct her. She logically shouldn't have an accurate grasp over an admiral power, but her line would be kind of useless were it just thrown there for nothing. Furthermore, since Mama is a Yonko, it seems her prediction was somewhat accurate. I think were her pretty off on her guess she would be corrected by someone, or someone would have said something questioning such line. It's also somewhat doubtful Mother Caramel would have said that if she hadn't a real grasp over what she was saying. Since she was working illegally with the Government, it might make sense that she'd know a bit about the powers the marines possesses.

Whitebeard was likely influenced by a resolve/anger boost there, considering earlier Akainu could hold his own decently well against him. There's no telling how the Yonkos would fare against an angry WB since the WB that Shanks momentarily clashed swords with seemed to be over no such effect.

I'm saying that them saying Big Mom can be an admiral/fleet does not mean that an admiral is as strong as Big Mom. Big Mom could be 50x as strong as an admiral/fleet, but she would still only be an admiral/fleet, because there is nothing else above that.
