Well, that aside, I think Bio-Burori might be able to put up more of a fight if the kids weren't nerfed in his movie, but his regeneration and stamina seem pretty shit as a whole, and he appears to be even dumber as a fighter than Fatty is. In all likelihood the kids were probably nerfed as it's Toei, so I guess he loses badly.

Like Papasmurf said, I think it depends on how you view the kids at the time. If you consider them nerfed, then yes, we might be talking Semi-Cell level.

Bio-Broly is only high Super-Saiyan tier, where-as Boo is around Mid - High Super-Saiyan 2 tier, so yeah Boo one-shots.

If you go by multipliers I've seen a-lot of people have Super-Saiyan 2 be a 4x multiplier, so that still puts him well-above Super-Saiyan tier.

Well I dunno, after Naked Broly stopped showing I stopped watching XD so I'm just basing this off of what I've seen other people say.

Bio-Broly is pretty much a Semi-Perfect Cell with no brain. Good Buu is at least equal to an experienced Super Saiyan 2 even at 50%. Buu wins effortlessly.
