Round 1: Cell is Perfect, Broly is Movie 8 LSSJ and Bojack is at full power.
Round 2: Cell is Super Perfect, Broly is Movie 10 LSSJ and Bojack is at full power and gets to bring all his guys with him. Psycho Threads are allowed.

Round 2: Broly wins IMO.

Round 1 - Cell wins unless Broly and Bojack team up on him, but I don't see that happening, given Broly's personality.

Round 2 - The strings won't even work on SSj2 tier opponents, so Bojack and his crew are worthless here. Broly has a decent power advantage on Cell, but Cell would most likely use a teleportation + Kamehameha combo, which I doubt Broly could survive without major injury. Cell probably wins again.
