If Boo has no regeneration, then he would probably die due to his low durability. After that, the team takes out Broly with teamwork.

Either Broly or Buu sould be able to solo actually, Broly is stronger than anyone on the second team plain and simple.
If Buu knows that he doesn't have regen then he probably isn't going to screw around, he'll go for candy beam right away most likely or he could possibly just blitz them before they use any of their stronger ki attacks.

 

[SSJ2]

If Boo fights smartly and doesn't get hit by energy blasts, he and Broly win this no contest. If the trio eliminates Good Boo right away, they'll have a tough fight against Broly but will prevail.

I was mainly banking on Goku using Shunkan Ido to get behind Boo, and then cripple him with an energy blast. I did forget about the Candy Beam though, so it is likely Team 1 could win in the first few seconds if Boo doesn't play around.

Goku and Vegeta are aware of Majin Boo'd candy beam attack, I don't think they would fall victim to it. Gohan from Movie 10 isn't aware of it yet, so he'll probably get turned into candy.
