Good battle. I want to give this to Brook, because Tashigi has really done jackshit in the New World, proving to be weaker than even Monet.

Sabaody - Brook oneshots.

New World - I'm still inclined to say Brook wrecks. I consider his feats against the Dragon to be a lot more impressive than Tashigi taking down a heavily weakened Monet. Brook has a far more varied arsenal too, so he could end the fight quickly by freezing Tashigi or putting her to sleep.
