Buff Boo's head tentacle extended to a huge degree, he is also remarked as the strongest Majin by Bootenks; maybe he's referencing Kid Boo, but who knows.

As a follower of Randomguy96's theory about Boo's head tentacle thingy (to a degree), I'd think that Buff Boo is closer to Bootenks in terms of power than he is Super Boo.

Maybe something like this:

Gotenks

Ultimate Gohan
-Full Power 1,000

Buff Boo
-Full Power 1,200

Bootenks

Bootenks is a doubled power of Super Boo while Buff Boo is like a 65% of Bootenks IMO
