Buff Cell vs Piccolo (Boo Saga)

Cell is slow and Piccolo has had a few years to get a little stronger. Can he do it?

Piccolo is too weak. Cell could tank everything he does to him.

Also I think no-matter how much his speed went down, it doesn't matter here since he'd still be faster than Piccolo.

Buff Cell's power is above Boo arc SSJ Goku by a long shot imo. Even if Piccolo's faster, he can't damage Cell at all.

When Goku stepped down from the fight, Cell mentions that Vegeta, Trunks and Piccolo have all powered up, but they are not strong enough to stop him. When he links them together like that, it seems Piccolo is not to far off from the other two that he couldn't surpass them in a few years.

If he can get close to MSSJ Goku, he might be able to damage him.

I'm one to think even Perfect-Cell could tank Goku at full-power, so power-weighted is way too much, in my opinion.

The one that fought Gohan is way too much for Piccolo. Piccolo is a little turdlet here.

Then Piccolo gets slaughtered. I doubt Cell's speed dropped lower than Piccolo's, and he's multi-folds stronger. Even if Piccolo was faster, he couldn't possibly do anything at all to this Cell.

Well, I wish the Makankosappo was as lethal as it was in the beginning of Z. But Piccolo uses it like a regular ki blast so much now I can't even argue it's effectiveness.

No, Cell did not mention Piccolo... he only mentioned Vegeta and Trunks.

Cell: °Vegeta and Trunks may have improved but they still should be weaker than you" - only Vegeta and Trunks are mentioned.
