Can Cell Jrs regenerate?

Gohan cut them in half with his chop but then they exploded so I can't be sure. I'm wondering if Cell Jrs have some regeneration or none at all.

It was confirmed in the bonus chapter of Super they can, since the 7 Cell Juniors regenerated and got tamed into becoming Park Rangers by #17. Whether or not it's quite as developed as their father is arguable though seeing as their injuries weren't as severe as Cell's self destruction.

They didn't explode. Toriyama drew their bloodied remains falling to the ground unexploded. The explosions are anime embellishment.
