Can EoZ Vegeta easily defeat Kid Boo?

I know that EoZ Vegeta is featless and all, but speculation-wise, do you think he can do it? Easily at that?

He'd one shot Pure Boo in Super Saiyan. His Base form is likely closing in on that level.

He is featless, but Galu said to begin with when he ordered Dende to spare Good Boo that all "they" (including Vegeta) had to do to ensure the Boo tragedy won't happen again is simply to get strong enough that they could beat him one on one, and Vegeta saying in the Kanzenban ending that he'll have Kakarrot taste defeat one day shows to me that he's long since surpassed Boo arc Goku level. Galu desiring to fight Oob over Vegeta while fresh just seems to be so he can gauge Oob's potential rather than it being because Vegeta is weaker than him.

Vegeta shouldn't be far from Goku's level in the same form if he believes himself capable of defeating Goku someday soon (something backed up by it being implied they fought to a draw or were at least closely matched a few years later in DBO's lore), so can considering feats and statements revolving around Base Galu and Oob, I'd say he should definitely be capable of doing so with SSJ as long as not falling to Pure Boo's general unpredictability such as targeting the planet.

Galu desiring to fight Oob over Vegeta while fresh just seems to be so he can gauge Oob's potential rather than it being because Vegeta is weaker than him.

That, and the general desire to make up for what Goku considered a loss to Boo 1 V 1 gave him a strong desire for a rematch. Meanwhile, he was already stronger than Vegeta in their previous match due to having SS3 as back up and Vegeta's admittance to Galu's superiority made the desire for a rematch far less intense than before.

Vegeta didn't directly admit to being inferior to Galu to his face though. His monologue wasn't heard in the middle of Galus fight with Boo. Although Vegeta did admit that if he fought Boo he'd be defeated instantaneously which is an indirect admission of inferiority to Galu.

Goku and Vegeta I have them at the same level in equal ways, since Majin Vegeta appeared to BoGT. The only reason Goku was superior to Vegeta was because Goku has SSJ3.

It would still lessen the intensity of the rivalry from Vegeta's end though, and it seems doubtful Goku wouldn't pick up on this at some point.
