Can Kaioshin sense Ki?

Anyway, I was reading some manga chapters, around 440 to 445, when the crew were at Babidi's ship. Pocus was introduced and all that stuff. Kaioshin said to Vegeta "Don't underestimate him" and "Babidi has strong fighters!". I don't know if this is a correct translation, but that's what it said.

So of course, we saw Base Vegeta have his way with Pocus, and Kaioshin seemed quite shocked about it. Maybe Vegeta was suppressed when Kaioshin warned him about fighting Pocus alone, but if that were the case, he'd still be able to sense Pocus' power and know that he is horse shit. Might be stronger than Kaio, but Kaio saw SSJ2 Gohan right? So he knows what the Saiyans could do. If he could sense the powa, he wouldn't be too worried right? ^o)

When Gohan transformed into a Super Saiyan 2 in the Budokai, Kaiô-shin said that his power far exceed his expectations. This kinda implies that he can sense ki.

He seems to be able to sense battles from the godly world. He's always hanging out with Old Kai, staring off into the sky while someone fights. Granted, that is as Kibitoshin, but I don’t think he picked up that ability from big Kibito.

He can sense chi. He sensed SSj3 Goku as well as Gohan throughout the saga.

He can sense, but the accuracy of his sensing is sketchy.
