If Beerus could do it easily, Zeno can even more easily, Kid Buu was SSJ3 tier, Beerus is way stronger than SSJ3 tier, divide by 70.3 and carry the 1, I'd say like 3 weeks.

Raditz definitely couldn't destroy the universe. They send more than one adult Saiyan for difficult planets lol.

Cell tier and above could potentially destroy the universe over a period of time.

Just about anyone past the first 25 volumes of the series could destroy the universe if they didn't come across later antagonists imo. I don't think even the Ginyu Force could destroy the universe however.

You guys are discounting the variable time factor.... Of course Saiyajins sent out more people for bigger planets cause they don't wanna wait a year for the job to be done....

Hypothetically, give anyone with ki blasting abilities and a safe way to travel the universe in a decent amount of time and they could do it... Obviously Freeza didnt wanna wait for too long for a planet, but with no time cconstraints, time is a luxury...

Destroy a city or continent with a ki blast, you could level the universe in a couple decades or what the fuck ever... lol

I recall Raditz saying they sent more than one for powerful populations. They sent baby Goku to earth because of their weak population. I think Raditz, Nappa and Vegeta were hoping that Goku would join them on their next conquest, which means the next planet would require four Saiyans at least. No fucking way Raditz could destroy the Universe. He'd probably die too before he could come close.

As I've said, Cell tier or perhaps Android tier seems fair enough.

That planet was stated to be a particularly difficult one. And it has to be since Vegeta was by far the strongest Saiyan, far above any soldier. During the entire year that Raditz must have been traveling to Earth, he and Nappa had yet to conquer it. What Raditz said was that if he and Nappa, Vegeta joined forces they could conquer Earth in the span of a month, and that they usually send an adult warrior to stronger planets and babies to weaker ones.
