Can SSJ transformations and form transformations give a zenkai?

Cell got a zenkai from regenerating. That seems hax btw.

Would a saiyan going SSJ be able to get an immediate zenkai? Or Gohan going SSJ2? A saiyan turning Great Ape? Or Cell going from Semi-Perfect to so-called Perfect? Transformations seem to heal fighters. I mean if you're 75% beaten up, but then you're fine to fight after a transformation, surely you've been healed?

Gokuu Black got a Zenkai as a Super Saiyan in the manga.

Idk, the only transformation I can recall that healed someone was Namek SSJ Goku. I'd say they are still weakened even if the transformation brings them to a level above their Base form.

No. The Zenkai boosts were keys to unlocking SSJ powers.

Goku most likely had a final zenkai arriving on Yardrat, but that’s about it.
