Can Ultimate Gohan turn into SSJ?

He ought to be able to by some extent after the Boo Arc, based on what was shown in both BoG and Super. Whether or not he could actually do so for battle purposes is questionable, though I doubt it since he didn't do so against Beerus. Maybe like in GT, he just needs more training, considering Super's completely ignored any idea of natural limits for the Saiyans being as low as Ultimate Gohan's level.

Goku does ask if they should turn Super Saiyan before fusing, though. I'm thinking the rage required to turn SSJ may only be the trigger (like when he went partially Ultimate before), and he may be able to access the form after the ritual's completion, but without any power increase.
