Yep! Just takes a bit of focus, but it's easiest if I start in my hands, I can feel it flowing there easiest.

Chapter: 391 (DBZ 197), P10.4-5
Context: After powering up and almost destroying Karin’s tower…
Goku: “That just now was about half power. What do you think?â€￾
Karin: “Half power…?! What a fearsome guy you are…How strong will you become before you’re satisfied…?!â€￾

If he can't feel his own Ki, then I feel he shouldn't know how much he used. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Krillin also seems immediately aware of how much his power shot up after his potential unlock.

So you think there's a difference between "feeling" and "sensing" Ki?

Possibly. I'm not too into the subject at hand. All I believe is that if Goku couldn't feel his own power, he wouldn't know how much power he used. At least that's what sounds most logical to me.

And if Freeza couldn't feel his own power, I don't see the point of him saying "I'm at 50% of my maximum power" as he wouldn't know how much he used.

I believe they're well aware of their own power. I think the idea of them being able to sense or feel their own power would be similar. Raditz is a weakling, but even he says he's going to "increase the power" in his attacks. That would at least imply he knows his own power.

For example, Goku sensed the drastic drop in power Super Boo had and was able to compare that to his full-power in Super Saiyan 3. I don't think Goku would need to sense his Super Saiyan 3 Chi to know he'd get his ass whooped in that situation, if that makes sense.

I'd say nearly any fighter is capable of telling how powerful they are and how much power they are using, as basically everyone that gains a new power-up yells something like "this isn't the type of power I had before" and whatnot.

If you couldn't feel your own ki, then Dragon Ball characters would have blown up the planet while powering up from the Namek arc onwards because they wouldn't have been able to feel their power and adjust it accordingly.

Yes you can cell said Gohan is still not stronger than him this means he has a good gueSS of his Fp and can sense his own Ki
Goku knew he could beat the Ginyu force with ease by comparing their Ki to his own
