Ginyu rapes. It's stated that the Oozaru form doesn't slow you down, but it also doesn't increase your speed past your base form either, making Gohan essentially one big target for Ginyu to destroy at his leisure. He probably knows of Gohan's tail weakness as well.

Anyway, I can see Gohan winning here since his power level was 20k+ if i remember correctly.

Well Jheese said that Gohan and Kuririn's power levels were over 10,000. I generally have Kuririn at 11,000 and Gohan at 12,000. So Gohan Oozaru would be equal to Captain Ginyu. Like Papasmurf said Ginyu would have a speed advantage not to mention that Gohan doesn't have total consciousness as Oozaru. Ginyu would win.

Then if that's the case Ginyu wins then.

I usually put Gohan at 14,000 after Guru's ritual. I think I saw that in a guidebook at one point and I never found anything super contradictory with it, so I stuck to it.

That said, 140,000 would be a bit too much for Ginyu power-wise. Ginyu would have to rely on skill to win the battle, which I think he could. He seemed to have a level head for the most part. He'd likely realize Gohan is a slow piece of shit and a huge target, and capitalize on that.

I'd give it to Ginyu. While it is a large power gap, Ginyu has 8.5x gap in speed. Gohan will have no conceivable way of hitting him.

Yeah, the speed issue really nukes Gohan in this fight. He's slow and takes up most of the map. There's no way Ginyu should lose this, apart from running right into a mouth blast from Gohan.

There is really no way an Oozaru can ever win a fight unless they are superior in both power and speed, or at the very least, close in the speed department.

Ginyu has a visible strength advantage and a godly speed advantage. He stomps so hard it's not even funny.
