Sounds good. I'd put the Cell Jrs closer to Piccolo, though. Piccolo seemed to be doing pretty well, blocking/hitting his Jr and even fighting on the air.
Are you counting the Buu Arc in the continuity here? Because if you are, Gohan is too close to Goku.

I'd have Boo arc Gohan right at Cell Games Goku's level. So, 5,000,000,000 as SSJ.

Yeah, I'd have Dabura at 5,5.

Gohan seemed to have an edge on the hand to hand combant, being the only one to actually land a solid hit (The kick on the begining of the fight), and he also emerged unharmed from Dabura's blast and was strong enough to stop his sword and break it. Dabura's confidence was about using his skills like the spit IMO, Gohan barely managed to don't be turned into a statue earlier.
