Where do you place him? I once upon a time had a good argument for having him around 50% Goku that I was going to use against @Kyo, but I never posted it and now I forget what it was.

About as strong as 50% Goku works for me. I'm okay with him being slightly weaker or slightly stronger but anything above 60% is really pushing it, in my opinion.

-Trunkses surprise at Goku saying Piccolo stands no chance against Cell

Well if Piccolo heard about Goku only using about 50%, then he would not be that surprised at Goku's full power.

According to a guy on Kanzenshuu, SSJ Cell Games Gohan isn't weaker than full power Cell
