& no i'm not talking abt the anime inconsistency in the amount of cell jr.s

i mean, if cell were to birth cell jr.s in forms other than his perfect-form how powerful do u think they'd be???

to make it not so confusing, let's say that the cell jr.s are only given as much power as they were in actual series, so if they were a 3rd of perfect-cell, then an imperfect-cell jr. might be the same of imperfect.

IDK, with a big SSJ2 multiplier Gingertown Cell Jr. would lose as it would bloat the gap between Cell and Vegeta. With the 2x multiplier the Cell Jr. has more room to be superior to Freeza
