In the anime, it is stated by Dende and Vegetto that once Gohan-Boo became enraged, he could have easily wiped out the entire universe, and just by shouting, he managed to crack the dimension. And no, i'm not talking about what he did in the RoSaT, i'm talking about a real fucking scream which cracked the barrier which prevented all the dimensions in the universe to collide with each other. Dende even says that Gohan-Boo's attack managed to tear a hole in the fabric of the dimensions themselves, which meant that if Vegetto didn't kill Gohan-Boo before he could use that power, the entire universe would collapse because of that.

So, taking all of that into account, who would win? Chaotic Gohan-Boo or Suppressed Beerus?

Beerus need an effort to destroy the universe in an instant. Boohan on the other hand cannot destroy the universe in an instant like Beerus, it takes time as well. His ability to destroy the universe doesn't mean he's above than Vegito.

Goku was confident that he could win with fusion against Boohan. He doubted Vegetto's chances against Beerus.

That says a lot about who would win.
