I consider Mr. Satan as funny annoying where you'd want him to get his ass kicked. Goku from Super anime is annoying too and that's because how Toei pondering to the kids.

I like Mr. Satan sometimes, but it can be overkill when they use him too much. Cell Saga was good. GT wasn't.

With Goku, it depends. Sometimes he's awesome but then he can be a total twat. I agree Super hasn't put him in the best light, especially after the BoG arc.

Mr. Satan (Cell Saga) - didn't annoy as much in the Boo Saga, since that was mostly comedy anyway, but Cell Saga was serious so throwing him in there like that was annoying, especially when the situation was serious cause they kept cutting back to him and I was like "MF, I just want to see what will happen in the fight against Cell and not what excuse he came-up with not to fight Cell". I did like him getting one-shotted by Seru though.
