Krillin one shots. Krillin ought to be approaching Young Piccolo Daimao's level by the 23rd Budokai. While Chi Chi was an impressive fighter, there isn't much to suggest that she is on this level given how easily initial Goku beat her. I think she'd be lucky to reach Old Piccolo Daimao's full power.

Krillin was able to track Goku and Tien's movements while Chi-Chi couldn't see a thing. He would totally spank that ass.
