1. Old Piccolo Daimo
2. ChiChi
3. Chaitzu
Off the top of my head thats what I come up with I think if you do comparison in different fights like chaz vs tao then ten vs tao then ten vs Goku and finally chichi vs Goku, it would be fair to say chichi is ahead of Chaitzu. But I think neither had yet surpassed old Daimo thats just a feeling I get.
