Luffy has immunity to poisons and hazardous gas as well as generally having the highest tier of plot armour. If he can survive Magellan and shrug off Caesar's poison gas as well as his long list of enduring a lot of things that should have killed him if he wasn't the main character, he can probably endure Covid-19.
