From what I remember of the mang0 the only ones incapable and vulnerable were the men since they couldn't transform and keep their sanity. They girls were pretty strong they had their hierarchy and stuff

In the eps I saw the light brown haired girl was like "I'm good at sports" in a ridiculously high pitched voice and then tried to score a basketball basket with a fucking underhand throw (wtf) and was generally pretty desperate and missed school due to being weak or something and the ghost girl kept injuring herself.
