What you thought of Claymore?

I liked the combat system, mystery and characters early on as well as the demon power system (which I guess could be said to mirror adrenaline/anger to some degree) but it all went to shit once FT syndrome kicked in.

I haven't read it in a while. Being a monthly series I have a hard time remembering what happened the previous month, so I tend to wait like a year and marathon them.

I really liked the series in the beginning, and I still do, but the apex was clearly the War in the North arc.
