Could a fully-powered Kikoho have killed Nappa?

Hmm...

I say no. The gap between Ten and Nappa is probably smaller than the one between Ten and Cell. But I take it into consideration anyway that Cell, while a little F'd up, wasn't close to dead.

A fully-powered Kikoho might have put Nappa temporarily, in a similar way, but I don't think he would be dead.

Maybe after a bombardment of them, however.

The one used against Cell was Shin-Kikoho, I think. So a new and improved version of it.

This was the original, I think.

I think. :loser :loser :loser

If Tien uses the same Kikoho as he used against Cell, he's certainly toast. As tough as Nappa may be, there is no way that he can possibly survive a blast that is powerful enough to push back Cell 2nd form, despite their huge gap (Tien is even weaker than Dr. Gero).

But I think that Tien trained to improve this technique. So in Saiyan Saga, it's possible that the Kikoho was nowhere near as powerful as in Cell Saga.

Conclusion : Nappa would survive it.

I think it would have heavily injured Nappa. Killed? Not so sure. It would have put the rest of the fight in favor of Piccolo/Krillin/Gohan though to finish the fight rather than Goku.

A Shin Kikoho would have killed him though.

I really doubt it. I cant see it exceeding the Masenko by much and we saw what that did to Nappa. It may hurt him though.

I don't think it'd be any stronger than the one he actually used. The only difference would be that using it wouldn't kill him.

I mean it does look like Tenshinhan lost some ki from the two major blows he took from Nappa. He was huffing and puffing and visibly looked exhausted. I don’t think it would have been much tbh, but I do think he wasn’t quite at full power when launching the Kikoho.

Why do you thin that? While Tenshinhan is clearly huffing and puffing, it’s not implied he lost a substantial amount of ki yet. He even told Nappa “come at me!!” before Piccolo and Krillin intercepted him. I doubt he lost much ki.

When Nail’s arm was ripped off there was only stated to be substantial ki loss after the regeneration. While Tenshinhan was obviously bleeding out longer than Nail was, I don’t think that would have a huge affect on his ki level given nothing was stated.
