Could the Majins be sensed?

Refresh my memory, I know Spopovitch, Dabra and Yamu could not, but how about Pocus and Yakon?

Context: after Goku manages to kick Yakon in the dark
Goku: “You’ve underestimated us too much. Even in pitch darkness, I can easily tell your movements. Through things like the subtle flow of the air…”

Implies that he can't sense Yakon's movement. I don't know about Pui Pui, but the same should logically go for him.

I thought so with Yakon. It brings up an interesting question though, how did the Saiyans know that Pocus was a small fry? Perhaps they could sense the blast he fired at Yamu?

They may have just been assuming he was nothing special. Goku assumed that with Yakon, as I think he said something along the lines of "this won't be a challenge", right before they were about to fight. They were also able to make a prediction on Dabra's power based off of seeing him fight, so them sensing his blast is plausible.

In Viz Goku says "He looks slow" about Yakon, and Yakon's speed caught him off guard. Seemed his assumption got him in trouble there. I suppose an argument you can make is that Kaioshin seemed to make it clear that Dabra was the top guy, so everyone else by virtue would be weaker than him.

Also looking at Vegeta vs Pocus, he actually gives no insight as to his power. All Goku says is that he disagrees that Pocus will win, but that goes along with the point that Dabra is already established to be the top guy. Vegeta even takes a defensive stance against Pocus at the beginning of the fight, so I'd say they have no clue how strong he is.

I wonder if Kaioshin can sense him though due to being a god.

Yes, Goku slaughtered Yukon while being blind because he could sense him.

Nobody reacted to Penile's power outside the ship, so I doubt he could be sensed.

Majins can't be sensed. Vegeta not being fully under Badibi's control probably has something to do why he is able to be sensed.

Yes they can't be sensed. Goku and Vegeta needs to observed Dabura's fight in order to judge his strength.
