I mean we have Vegetto being able to wipe out Boohan's antennae without leaving a trace and saying he could easily do that to his main body, I think if Toriyama desired to allow him to bust galaxies or the universe he'd have had him say it. Although the busting feats in the Boo arc are pretty dumbed down in general, other than the dimension-ripping.

I think that A.T was trying to make clear that Super Buu was powerful by having him ripping through dimensions with his voice alone, but i'm sure that he didn't knew that voices are potentially much more powerful than punches or kicks due to the pitch and etc
