Maul > Peak Obi-Wan was shown multiple times in TCW, including Maul stomping Obi-Wan in little time during their third encounter. So long as the two Sith can separate the two, Maul should be able to deal with Obi-Wan before Dooku gets killed by Anakin, leading to the two Sith Lords dominating the lone Jedi. It'd go even worse if the battles were reversed.
