Create a Mega Evolution for a Pokémon

Say a Pokémon that you feel needs a mega evolution (or create a X/Y variant of a Pokémon that already has one), and then elaborate on details such as base stats (all mega evolved Pokémon have a base stat total 100 points higher than their base forms), abilities, and typing.

Visual details aren't necessary, but aren't necessarily discouraged, either.

Ability: Multiscale (Or Cloud Nine, can't decide.)

I nerfed its attack stat a bit to up its defense and special defense big time. Very hard to hurt it now.
