Current Base Goku VS Initial Hit

Goku has evidently made pretty huge gains from his training with Merus. Are they enough to beat someone on par with his SSJ self from the U6 Arc?

Fight takes place on the ToP arena with its rules applying. Goku obviously has intel on Hit's Time Skip whereas Hit has intel on Goku's Shunkan Ido. Goku is also operating as intelligently as his Z era self.

By my numbers, Goku stomps. I think Goku powered up enough that his base form surpasses his pre training SSJ2 power. So Goku can even tank the timeskip or anything else Hit throws at him.
