Current Luffy vs Benn Beckman

[SSJ2]

Wano prisoner Luffy versus Benn Beckman. Who wins?

[Captain Cadaver]

Unless Luffy got a Zenkai from his fight with Katakuri and Kaido instating the pecking order, I'd say he loses. Beckman's probably on Marco's level as regardless of Kizaru's trolling nature, he still offered good praise to him, so he should be able to last long enough for Gear 4th to run out with his great amount of battle experience and having the highest IQ of all characters in the East Blue Arc according to Oda would imply he can come up with good tactics.
