I don't know if Usopp has anything capable of damaging Daz Bones' body. An Impact Dial would likely do damage, but I don't think that would be enough to defeat him. My memory of post-skip Usopp is foggy though, so I'm not too sure.

Me neither...as in I never really saw post-skip Usopp fight. :king :king :king

I feel like that version of Mr1 should be fodder even for Usopp, even if he hasn't shown many damaging feats yet.

Daz Bones was stoic Epic in the Alabasta Arc, though. He really looked like a threat.

I don't have any points that aren't conjecture.

I don't know what to tell you man. I have nothing to back up the Straw Hat Pirates all being above that level but conjecture.

I think Usopp should be able to handle Daz Bones.

Me neither, man. That's the problem with debating One Piece sometimes... there's a lack of objective things that can be used in a versus match... too much things revolving around "I feel", "I guess".

But my reason probably revolves around how much the straw hats got stronger. Luffy, for example, could one shot someone stronger than him when not even using full power, so I think someone from Alabasta (barring Croc maybe) should be easily handled by anyone from the Straw Hat crew.

Purely depends on what kind of weaponry Usopp has on him in this match. In terms of raw power, I'd place Usopp as weaker than Arlong or in the same league as him at best, since his statement regarding Hody's power suggests Arlong's still a big deal to Usopp, so Daz Bones stomps if he gets close enough. If Usopp's able to use an Impact Dial or Impact Wolf, or has some Kairoseki handcuffs, then he could win, but I doubt the former two options would completely break through Daz's defences.

Zoro displayed something pretty Kenbunshoku Haki/Mantra alike when defeating Daz Bones and this is what made his sword work on Mr. 1... maybe Usopp could also make his attacks work on Daz Bones after he awakened Kenbunshoku haki?

That's not how Kenbunshoku Haki works. :CC

Well, right after being cut by Daz Bones in an almost fatal way, Zoro begun showing traits of the Kenbunshoku Haki, saying he can kind of 'feel' the stuff surrounding him, like if they were alive:

And then he associated this [alongside the teaching that a sword which doesn't cut anything cuts steel] with the power to cut steel:

And those were Kenbunshoku Haki's traits, considering Cobby also described such ability more or less the same way Zoro did, and then we have Usopp, also pretty much describing it the same way in Dressrosa. It's not like Busoshoku Haki, which can nullify the Akuma no Mi, but the Kenbunshoku Haki, by allowing the user to sense the steel like if it were a "live" thing, to sense the "breathe" of the steel might help the user in damaging such stuff, like it did help Zoro. It helped Zoro to entirely focus on the steel and on it only, hence why it wouldn't cut others things.

I think the Kenbunshoku Haki might add in damaging steel this way. Well, it pretty much happened with Zoro.

If Usopp has a weapon that can crush or damage steel then I give it to him.
