Scenario 1: Kuririn gets the same boost as #17 (Cyborg arc). Assume #17 was a regular human like the farmer before getting boosted.

Scenario 2: Kuririn trains with Whis for 1 year. Consider #17's boost in ToP as a reference.

Scenario 3: Kuririn unlocks the Ultra Instinct after said training.

In which of the scenario can he win ?

He stomps in the 1st one alone, nevermind the others, considering his feats already place him somewhat close to Base Goku.
Manga-wise, it may be far different, given Goku's confirmed #18 >> Kuririn and doesn't give any indication #18 has been training (at least to his knowledge).

How strong do you think he would be in each scenarios, then ?

#17 went from a presumed power level not much more than 5 to the mid-high hundred millions after becoming a cyborg. The gap between Kuririn and SSB Goku is downright astronomical but I am not sure it's quite that astronomical (especially if Goku can really surpress himself to the extent that Kuririn is able to push his Kamehameha back for an instant). Kuririn definitely stomps in scenario 2 and 3.

Pretty much what I think too.

Assuming we're talking about Current Kuririn, him being able to help #18 already shows he's in the same tier as the post-God Base Saiyans. Add in a boost that brought a battle power of 5 into the hundred millions and he'll be oneshotting Zen-Oh with cyborg enhancements alone.

Then it's a good thing Gero didn't thought about kidnapping an earthling from the Z-Fighters :ladd
