How big of an increase do his cybernetic enhancements grant him? I have him getting an 8.4x boost from getting blown up

He went from Large Building/City Block level to Small City level (City level with the Super Dodonpa), so an increase of hundreds of thousands if not millions of times in terms of energy. As far as Ki/battle power goes, he probably didn't increase it by more an addition of 100 considering the numbers at the start of Z make it very unlikely for him to have surpassed 180 (or at best 210 going by the V-Jump).

From below 180 to above 180, but below 177. 210 seems a good fit.

Probably around 170 if going by official/scouter numbers compared to his organic form which is 110.
