Who wins? Perfect Cell is aware of Dabura's spit.

In terms of power, I have to Dabura very slightly higher than Perfect Cell (vs Goku MSSJ). Although due to regeneration and multiple Cell attacks, but he is a great fighter, for while Dabura is not so. I would say that anything could happen.

If Gohan was SSJ: Cell wins easily, cause i have adult Gohan weaker than Cell Games Goku and Dabura slightly
weaker than the Gohan he fought.
If Gohan was SSJ2: Dabura stomps.

I agree with what's already been said, that Dabra probably has a slight strength advantage, but Cell is by far the smarter fighter of the two. Cell stands a pretty good chance of pulling out a win here.
