Daizenshuu's take on #19 and #20

So I was reading a discussion in another forum and saw this piece of evidence, in which the Daizenshuu (volume 2) classifies the first androids (19 and 20) as "unprecedented powerful enemies".

The Artificial Humans finally appear. Their "ki" is completely insensible, and on top of that they can suck energy. Goku and co. are bewildered by the arrival of these unprecedented powerful enemies.

Thoughts on this? Does this mean those androids are more powerful than every enemy prior to it?

I'd certainly agree to the idea that #19 and #20 >> Freeza, though considering what came before in that entry, the context seems more to do with the danger they present.

It said "powerful" though. I don't think absorbing enery or having no sensible chi qualifies as powerful... more like skilled.

It also says "unprecedented" rather than "unprecedentedly powerful", which would be the correct way of describing them as a threat beyond anything to come before. The description given would seem to suggest they are not just strong, but unprecedented in the abilities they present, given how they are the first foes that couldn't be sensed or actively steal the Z-Warriors' power.

19 and 20 were originally meant to be the ones Trunks couldn't defeat, so they're at the very least in SSJ Trunks (1st appearance) tier.

While I think 19 and 20 pre are undoubtedly above the likes of Freeza, I don’t think this quote is referring to their power levels being unprecedented. The only thing that took the group by surprise was their ability to absorb ki.

Whilst I agree that they're above that Trunks, that evidence is weak. An initial idea has no bearing on the final product if the latter is something completely different.
