Both characters are from the MCU continuity. Daredevil is his end of Season 2 self with all his best equipment, whilst Hawkeye is his Phase 2 self but is only armed with a regular bow and arrow. Fight takes place in the building Daredevil first fought Nobu with both starting off at standard melee distance, so Hawkeye can't use his arrows to their full extent immediately.

Both are in character. Win by KO.

Who wins?

The kicker for me here would be whether or not Hawkeye could figure out Daredevil's powers and find a way to disrupt them, and I believe he would do so during the course of the fight. MCU Hawkeye has far greater experience against far greater levels of threats, specifically the way he fared against Loki's invasion and Ultron's army despite being the weakest of the initial Avengers. Add to that his tenure as a spy and government agent for years before even becoming an Avenger compared to Murdock's two years as Daredevil. I see Clint getting a handle on how Daredevil operates pretty quickly as the fight progressed and getting the eventual TKO.

I'd agree with a lot of that. Hawkeye certainly has experience fighting far higher levels and has shown physical strength on par with Daredevil (stabbing an arrow through an Ultron copy that could tank machine gun fire and Matt being able to physically destroy pieces of concrete during some of his fights). Hawkeye has a definite advantage in terms of reaction speed, given he's been able to react to the likes of Ultron and Black Panther.
Despite Clint's accomplishments, however, I'd say Matt would have more skill in terms of martial arts and melee combat though. Clint may have high-level government training under his belt, but Matt's training from Stick and his own experience allowed him to fight those as deadly in close-quarter combat as Hand ninjas, which are generally treat as another tier to any professional criminal, not to mention being able to fight evenly with an ex-Marine that was treat as an exceptional talent by any military standard - Frank Castle.
I'd also say it's unlikely even with his experience Hawkeye would be able to disrupt Daredevil. By the time he rescued Stick in Season 2, he'd seemingly overcome what weaknesses his blindness provided. Even with prep, Clint would be hard-pressed finding a method to hard-counter him.
