Darth Maul with ease. His force power ought to be at least Large City level, whilst his reactions ought to be Sub-Relativistic via scaling from post-Episode IV Luke.

Well maybe. My theory was that maybe that Trunks, even suppressed, might keep some of his Saiyan biology. Increased strength and stamina, and all that. So I was curious how interesting the fight could be.

That wouldn't add much when limiting his power to that of an average human, whereas even Youngling Jedi are City Block level with the Force.
