Well, that's it. The best I could come up with. Some statements like Goku getting many times stronger post Karin or old Piccolo beating up Goku using less than 50% couldn't be properly accommodated, but it still represents well the figure each character could have imo.

I'd like to have Goku and Piccolo in the 23rd Budokai a little farther from their post 5 years battle power, but then they'd be too close to Kami, which also doesn't sit right.

I think the 23rd Z Fighters oughta be a bit closer to their BoZ selves, but whatever.

I mean, if we nitipick a little, that also can be drawn from his surprise at the scouter indicating how much ahead Kuririn is compared to himself, despite that being a given at the 23rd Budokai. So maybe he's progressed in a quick rate enough that he thought he could measure up a little to 23rd Budokai Kuririn


As for the Z fighters... well, I dunno. If anything, I'd like to have a bigger gap between them. It's been 5 years and there was always the threat Piccolo Junior posed.

What about all those “Many times stronger” and Piccolo claiming he used less than half against Goku? Hyperboles?

Also what do you think of the theory that Goku’s full power was 924 and 416 was a still suppressed state?

I've noticed it at the end of my list. It's pretty much impossible to reconcile all statements given in part 1 with the low range we were given, unless we were to assume the farmer was a beast and things like this. But still, I did my best to lend credence to old Piccolo's statement of subduing Goku with less than half by having them pretty far from each other, as it's a statement it's harder to pass off as a hyperbole

Well, I think if that were the case, Raditz would notice it. All he noticed when he performed the first attack was that Goku and Piccolo's defense were better than he had expected, but nothing like their performance not matching the number he read previously. He stated Goku could amplify his power when he read his KMHMH as 924 and he clearly had a harder time with it than with any previous attack from the two, as he even tried to avoid it firstly.
