But are they strong enough to defeat SSJB Goku and SSJB Vegeta, who Moro described as ants compared to his prime?

Could be a stomp in either way with how much contradictory evidence we're given. Dai Kaioshin could take projectile attacks from Prime Moro, who supposedly blows SSBE Vegeta out of the park, yet also states nobody of his era was as strong as Goku or Vegeta, despite the former only ever using his base form and Moro only mentioning Dai Kaioshin's ability when bringing him into the discussion.

With what current evidence we're given, I guess Toyotaro went back to the more logical route of Post-God Base Goku >>> Dai Kaioshin, so the Saiyans oneshot unless Dai Kaioshin has the opportunity to seal them both.

After SSG wasn't enough. It's apparent it was SSBE and not just SSB/PSSB from the aura and eyes. It seems SSBE has just become Vegeta's version of SSB now, likely being the true nature of the form.
