As the title says, this is my attempting to scale DBS based solely on the movies, which are the only true canon. On the manga/anime sagas, I try to guess what Toriyama intended on his notes and fill the gaps with whatever he's most likely to remember/approve (Such as Vegetto >>> Zamasu, for example).
"Post" and "pre" refer to Goku and Vegeta powering up with th Mafuba/Rosat training, which seems to be the only relevant power up they ever got after RoF. They go from losing to Goku Black and Golden Freeza to holding their own against Merged Zamasu and being on pair with Golden Freeza.
"?" means I'm not sure if this character exists in movie continuity, but I chose to scale them anyway.
