Really, it depends on a lot of factors regarding her speed feat. At bare minimum, I'd place her above Gohan's 710 battle power, given how DBS is seemingly presenting her as a prodigy of a completely different level. If either treating Piccolo's Sub-Relativistic Moon Bust as an outlier or believing that combat speed >> flight speed, she could potentially solo (minus a fresh Oozaru Vegeta), given her flight speed if even more impressive than Goku's arrival to the battlefield against the Ginyu Tokusentai.
