In DBZ Movie 2, Roshi was able to hold his own against Ebifurya, Kishime and Misokatsun (who's battle powers are at 7.5k, 7k and 4.3k respectively according to the Movie 3 pamphlet) before being taken out from Ebifurya and Kishime catching him off-guard. With these Manly GAINZ to his non-canon self, can he take down Nappa?

Conditions:
Nappa starts off at the level he used against Goku after he'd calmed down.
Roshi's Bankoku Bikkuri Sho, Yoiko Minmin-ken and Mafuba are restricted.
Both are in character. Fight takes place where Roshi fought the Bio-Warriors with a 50m starting distance between both.
Win by death.

Bonus: If Roshi wins, have him healed up and face post-Kaio Base Goku (Kaioken restricted, of course).

As always, Nappa's durability complicates things for his opponents. I feel like there's no way Roshi could realistically damage him with the feats we've seen.

Giving this one to Roshi. While I doubt Dr Uiro’s monsters would go all out on Roshi in order to preserve the body, Roshi’s feats against their official battle powers and abilities is still impressive. Roshi mid diffs imo.

I see no reason to put him that high. He seems pretty weak compared to the others as he is not shown fighting till the end. Considering his best feat was to take on the Bio-Men who are likely as strong as the Saibamen, I would not put him any stronger than Krillin. Piccolo with his mind controlled should be as strong as FP Nappa. That thing he had on his head even reminds Nappa's popped vains on his head

Roshi was shown defending hits from the 3 Bio Warriors very well, despite two of them being at 7k and 7.5k and giving no indication of holding back.

Piccolo was shown fighting on par with Base Goku, who was at 10k in the film according to the Movie 3 pamphlet, a source far more reliable than making comparative superficial links of design (which honestly isn't even evidence for anything).
